Dijidry currently offers door-to-door service on the Anatolian (Asian) side of Istanbul (Kadıköy, Üsküdar, Ataşehir, Maltepe, Kartal, Pendik, Tuzla, Çekmeköy, Sancaktepe, Sultanbeyli, Beykoz, Ümraniye, Şile). To check whether your address is covered, call us or enter your address in our app. We are continuously expanding our service area.
You don't have to pay upfront when ordering. You can pay safely with cash, credit card, or debit card at the door when your items are cleaned and delivered. You can also pay online through the app if you prefer.
Dry cleaning and ironing orders are usually delivered within 2-3 business days, and carpet cleaning within 3-5 business days. If the timing changes in special cases, we call you in advance to let you know.
