How many days until my order is delivered?
For dry cleaning and ironing orders, the standard delivery time is 2–3 business days. For carpet washing, the process takes 3–5 business days depending on the carpet's type and size.
Are delicate fabrics safe?
Our partner businesses apply washing and cleaning programs suited to every fabric type. Silk, cashmere, wool, leather, and special fabrics are handled in separate equipment with specialized solutions. If your item has a care label, the method is determined according to the manufacturer's instructions.
What if stains don't come out?
Our stain removal guarantee applies. For difficult stains (blood, ink, old stains), you receive a notification and are asked for approval before any work begins. If the stain isn't fully removed, no fee is charged for that treatment. The item's main cleaning fee is still charged at the standard rate.
What are the payment options?
We accept credit card, debit card, and cash on courier delivery. All card information in online payments is processed over SSL-certified infrastructure; your data is not stored on Dijidry servers. Invoice and bank transfer options are also available for corporate customers.
Is there a minimum order amount?
The minimum order amount varies based on your area and the service type you choose. It is shown in real time on the cart screen. It is typically around ₺1,000 for dry cleaning orders; for single-item orders like carpet washing, a minimum may not apply.
How do you pick up my carpet?
Our courier team picks up the carpet from where it is. Rolling it up, carrying it, or loading it into a vehicle is not your responsibility. The carpet is measured at pickup and the exact price is calculated based on that measurement. Once the process is complete, the carpet is delivered back to your door the same way.
How do I cancel my order?
If the courier hasn't picked up your item yet, you can cancel the order from the app free of charge. If the item has been picked up but processing hasn't started, free cancellation is still available; if processing has started, a partial fee is charged for the work already done. These details are always shown on the order screen.
